The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, nestled in the Pyrenees on an old border crossing between Spain and France. It offers breathtaking views of the mountains from the rooms, some of which even have balconies. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests with limited language skills. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities and the rooms have good bathrooms.
All was perfectly fine during our stay.

No complains at all, do recommend this place. We stayed here to visit Estany de Puigcerda, that is located 10 minutes’ walk away. Easy to reach from Girona-Costa Brava airport, 3 minutes drive...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our trip through the Pyrenees. The location was perfect, as it is situated on an old border crossing between Spain and France. Additionally, the hotel is only a 10-minute walk to downtown, where we found plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the well-maintained facilities, such as the fabulous pool area and gardens. The parking was also a great perk, as it was free and there was plenty of space available. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, including the receptionist and the young guy working the bar. this hotel provided us with a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Couldn't fault anything during our stay.

The family room was excellent very modern and clean. The pool area was nice and the hotel staff very friendly.
Although the room was excellent the rest of hotel felt a little old fashioned. The breakfast was fairly basic. There were alot of elderly people staying so at times it felt like an old peoples home.

I liked the position, they accept pets, food fairly good, and good value
The beds are not very comfortable, also we ask for a Double room whenever we stay there, but always get a twin room.

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries.
We experienced some minor issues during our stay, including slow service in the restaurant and difficulty accessing the internet. However, these did not detract from the overall quality of our stay.

We loved how nice everyone was - it had a warm family feel. They were responsive and flexible and always went out of their way.You could open the bedroom window and see the snow capped mountains and feel the freshness of the air. Everything was very clean and there were lots of places to sit and talk and/or eat. We walked to France(!) in less than ten minutes.
Really there wasn't anything and I have been finding things to complain about in other hotels.

outdoor hot tub and sauna
there was a wedding on the night we stayed and they put us in a room above the venue - quite noisy for a while.
